Wrong piecesClaudia F.I got the wrong pieces. I bought two drawers, one wasn’t fitting properly, and the other had a duplicate of the side piece, not the mirror image as it should’ve been. I can’t go to ikea that often as my time is constraint. I made do with the drawers as best I could since again, I can’t return in the next few months. They do have a good virtual customer service if you need to ask questions etc3

Works well, fair appearanceRichard L.Recently built two of these, and assembly was much more challenging than the glass front version. Main issue is alignment of the bottom when attaching the sides; the cut in the front panel for inserting the bottom panel allow too much side-to-side leeway. I also had much more trouble attaching the drawer to the runners than the glass front KOMPLEMENT drawers. Altogether, they are functional and work as designed. The plain front is just a little too plain for my taste. I originally wanted the framed front and couldn't get them delivered. Installing the runners in the PAX frame was straightforward.4

Once I understood what needed to be done, a few turns of the piece, and the drawers were ready for service! And now her closet looks terrific!5

So cheap, it crumbled while building!Jerica H.So disappointed with these drawers. The unsealed particle board on one of the sides crumbled as I was trying to place it on the rail. If you get these you have to be careful since they're build unbelievably cheap and not made to last.1

Good productPhillip A.The drawers themselves are great. We needed a total of 8 and when we bought them the first time they only had 5. No big deal. Took almost 5 months for them to come back into stock and when we bought the last 3 they came with a little plastic piece that covers the slides, giving it a cleaner look. I wish the first 5, and the larger drawers we bought to do my sons closet had them as it looks way cleaner. It would be great to get them to add if it was possible, even if it means having to take apart all that I have already built. Overall its' a great drawer and greatly added organization to my sons closet.4
