Komplement clothes railAdamI bought 3 of these clothing rails as they stated they were 29.5” long. Once we got home and ready to install, they all measured 27.5” and would not fit. The measurements are incorrect. Will be returning them asap.
Perfect hanging rails.TollieListen IKEA think of everything. These rails fits perfect. I was able to create 4 areas to hang my clothes within the 2 systems. You can adjust them however you want them.

Poor DesignAnonymous reviewerReceived the rail without screws. Had to order them separately, which apparently is a common issue with this product. Tried to assemble but the bar doesn't stay locked into the sides, I think it is a design flaw. Stickers are visible and leave residue.

Garment rodBeverlyStrong and sturdy. The only issue I had while assembling a part broke off of the plastic base that secures the rod in place so the rod would not stay securely in place. I tried to order a replacement part on line but it would not allow me to do that had to go in person to the store to get the replacement part. I think its a design flaw. Once that was resolved I am happy with the product.
Disappointed DanishaI ordered the whole pax closet system and put it together to get to the last part which was the clothes rail couldn’t put it up because it wasn’t any screws called customer support and the First Lady said it didn’t come with them so I was confused called again another lady said screws was supposed to come so she was like I can mail you out some it’s going to take 10 days now I have to wait smh I just wish they pair sure they have everything together for their customers
Only received one bracket. Totally useless. KathrynIt took 5 days to put a bagged stick in a box and in that process the bag was torn and half the hardware fell out. Decidedly Not awesome. And it's Saturday night, so instead of putting my clothes away, and because there's no way to tell anybody that I need a plastic piece mailed to me. And they probably don't have a way to do that. They probably expect me to drive three hours with a box I can't prove didn't come with a required plastic part that shouldn't cost even as much as the postage to mail it separately. And I couldn't expect THAT to happen faster than five days either. SO I just eat the cost and buy a whole new one because that's the only "replacement part" they offer? I'm logged in to my account. I have spent a BUNCH of money on this system. Considering how frequently this happens, IKEA should have a follow-up email with boxes customers can tick to indicate EVERY PART THAT ISN'T INCLUDED so they can just pop that in the mail with a coupon for the inconvenince.

design flawClairewe installed the closet rod holder as instructed (the opening for the rod faces the back of the wardrobe, which puts all the weight on the weaker portion of the holder) ~ our rod holder broke. When we returned it to IKEA for a replacement - we were told this happens all the time! so we ordered several replacements for the future. Wondering if the rod holder should be metal and installed with the rod being placed from the top down into the holder (not sideways from the back).

Perfect BetsyI went online to IKEA and put together my personal wall unit. I customized it to what I needed. I chatted with an agent online with questions and received awesome support and ideas. I completed the 'building' phase and went through with the order. I am so very pleased with my wall unit. My family and friends are as excited as I am. Several want to now do the same and build their own customized wall units. This has absolutely made my bedroom into a dream come true. I have plenty of closet space, drawers, shelves. Everything is solid construction. The measurements were spot on. This is so well worth the money invested!! It transformed the bedroom and lack of closet/drawer space into a bedroom straight out of a home beautiful magazine and cost soo much less than if we would have had someone come in and build it. We couldn't have done this any cheaper ourselves and it would have NOT been this nice. The whole experience was absolutely perfect!!!
