I have attempted to glue it together but I'm waiting for the glue to set to see if it worked. I'm 50 miles from the nearest IKEA it don't want to have to drive to return it. For the price point, thesePamelaFor the price point, these frames are great. Over the years, I've purchased a variety of white frames in different designs from IKEA for our family photos to hang on a wall. Colorful homemade/school-made frames the kids make pop out from the white frames, creating a fun visual. Note that almost all of IKEA frames use acrylic not glass. I've found this works well for both making the frames much lighter to hang and if for some reason they get bumped (rambunctious kids or pets), nothing is broken. For similar prices at competitors, these frames are much nicer.5

What is fibreboard?

Fiberboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fiberboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
