Great screen, fine mesh, no rustMaryThese screens are superior to others because the mesh is fine, thus catching more splatters, they don't come apart, and I haven't seen any rust yet. I wish they came in smaller sizes, maybe a set of large (this one), medium and small. These are not only used for frying and sauteeing: they can be placed over pots of boiling liquid to reduce sauces etc. by releasing steam while stopping the inevitable eruptions. So we need smaller ones too.
