We have had a problem with fresh vegetables in plastic bags freezing when the touch the back inside wall of the refrigerator. Anything the touches spoils. The three bins fit perfectly across the 24" wide fridge shelf, and now keep the fresh goods from touching the back wall.
We are CSA members so we get a large variety batch of farm fresh vegetables, once a week that fills the fridge. These bins are perfect for sorting them and the eash pull out handle lets everyone in the household see what is there to use; one for fruit & lemons, another for lettuce and greens, and the third for the likes of green beans, leaks, summer squash, peppers and cucumbers.
I love that the bottom is not flat with side holes, to help the vegetables stay well aired. The front pull handle is perfect, and the bins are well sized to accommodate a good amount but not too much that things get crushed.

The high and deep shelves were so disorganized, I was constantly losing track of food and things always fell out. These fit perfectly sideways 2 on each shelf. Good organizerLoriI use these in a lower cabinet to group like items for easy access. This allows me to remove the bin and select the items I need quickly and efficiently. These bins are sturdy and I love the different handles at each end, which is quite helpful when I’m pulling them out of the lower cabinet. The size is also prefer for my use.
Worthy Purchase!RonnieThese bins, are absolute perfection in both size, and design! I managed to fit all of the loose items in my chest freezer, into the bins.
FYI:
You can fit 4, of these bins, in a 7 cu. ft, chest freezer. One, on the freezer’s shelf and three, on the bottom of the freezer (one facing towards you-vertically and two, facing horizontally-towards the vertical facing bin). And there’s still enough space in between them all, for air flow. And even with the bin on the freezer’s shelf. There’s still enough space on the shelf, to place a half gallon, carton of milk.
You can fit 2 of them, in your refrigerator’s freezer. My refrigerator, is about 5’ 7” tall (if that helps) and I can fit two in mine. I’m quite sure if your refrigerator, is taller than mine, it’ll be wider, as well and could maybe even hold three. There’s also plenty of room between the two, for air flow.
I’m so happy with mine, that I’m getting some for my Mother!
