Springs felt through seat cushionEmilyWithin days of use I was able to feel and SEE the springs in the bottom seat cushions. The return process was incredibly burdensome - I spent collectively 2-3 hours making repeated calls with long wait times. I live over 90 minutes from the closest Ikea so requested a pick up for the return which I had to pay for, despite the item being so poorly made.1
