This cover is made of dope-dyed Gunnared fabric in polyester. It is a durable fabric with a wool-like feel, a warm look and a two-toned mélange effect.
The cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again.
We have many removable covers to choose from, so you can always find one that you like for your new sofa or when you want to update the one you have at home with a new cover.

Machine wash warm, normal cycle.

Safety and compliance
The cover has a lightfastness level of 6 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 55,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.

Great colorPattyI like my sofa’s new color.
Tallmyra blue CoverAnonymousI bought the Tallmyra Blue - one of the most expensive options. At first I loved the fabric and color but after using it for a few days it looked worse than my old cover. Its a beautiful color and the fabric feels nice and sturdy. However, the fabric has a nap to it so every touch shows. I hit it with my hand to get the cushion in place when I was putting them on the sofa, and my hand print was imprinted in the fabric. Dog paw prints show. My dog hopped up and you could see pawprints across the couch. So if you have pets, or kids, or if you want to touch your sofa AT ALL, these marks will show until you vacuum or smooth it out. So best for people who sit primly on the couch by themselves.
Also my couch is old- I bought it in 2011 - and these new covers are way bigger than the old ones which leaves it looking sloppy. I ended up returning them.

Poor Quality AdamI’ve purchased the cover for my huge kivik that I love, it hasn’t been even a couple of months yet and it’s all pilling and looks terrible and old. My previous cover lasted for over 6 years! It’s a shame as I had to pay for the cover ($600) and Taskrabbit to have it installed. And I cannot return it!

The Tresund anthracite fabric is strong and looks amazing on the KIVIK sofa. It's a little more expensive than the other KIVIK fabric I have but it's worth it. What I love the most is that all the covers are removable and washable.
