Missing parts, dented woodChristinaI bought this in the store because it looked nice. I'm disappointed in the rough, dented wood and scratches. The display should tell you it doesn't come with wall fasteners. I had to call customer service because it didn't have enough screws for the coat hooks. Those should come in 10 days, so at least it'll be functional someday. If I didn't have to drive 3 hours to get there, I'd return it. 1
