Great functional room dividerAnonymous reviewerI needed a room divider that did more than just take up space and blended well with my natural color scheme, and this worked perfectly.
I was able to assemble this alone, although I did it while someone else was home just in case I needed help - which I ended up calling in at the very end just to stand it up. It took me about an hour and a half to put the framing together, after I somewhat randomly decided to do this at around 9:30 p.m. after a full day of work and life. I did the inserts another evening, and those were easy as well. I do not have it mounted because it is perpendicular to a window, but it isn’t at all wobbly so that doesn’t concern me.
For context I am a woman in my early-40s who is 5’9 tall.
A few tips…
- When assembling the frame apply even pressure when connecting pieces…you also may need to lift up a bit to ensure holes fully align.
- Use a mallet type hammer rather than the traditional one pictured.
- Stage the inserts before mounting them. 5

Looks great! Liked the drawers better than cubbyAnonymousThe drawer inserts were easier to put together and looked completely professional when finished. The cubby with pull out door inserts were a little trickier because you had to get the screws just right so the door would open easily and stay closed when shut. I feel like the design could have been better. I thought I would just be installing a door on hinges. It is a box insert. I guess so your stuff doesn’t fall behind the shelf. Just wasn’t as easy as the drawers.4
