Defective Paige KimIt is missing all the holes it’s supposed to have. Very cheaply made and I don’t recommend this product
Huge design flaw AlexLove the modern design of the drawers and color (don’t understand why IKEA doesn’t offer this gray color on all it’s designs), anyhow the problem is the dimensions on the drawer, specifically on the back panel (not the face (painted in gray) as is exactly 1/4” short than what supposed to be and is so obvious that you can catch the issue with a naked eye once is fully assembled (which is too late then), so the first one I assemble is useless and can’t be fixed due the way you put this thing together
Then, on the second one I manage to make it 1/4” wider before securing the back panel of the drawer and problem solved
You should pay me for finding the design issue as you QC department drop the ball miserably
Anyhow, I waste half of the set (as it comes in pairs), and it look great once you fix the issue with ingenuity while waiting for ikea to put its act together and fix this issue hoping their quality-control/design team do a better job before start selling poorly design products

DO NOT PURCHASE! OakesThese drawers held up for a few months MAXIMUM. Since then, the front has repeatedly fallen off due to the base of the drawer bending. While this may be user error, i built these following the directions provided by ikea, and i honestly do not put very much weight or stress on these drawers. I purchased two sets and this has been an issue for ALL FOUR DRAWERS. Just not a good product. BAD QUALITY. DO NOT PURCHASE.

An excellent accessory pieceAnneI purchased these drawers for the Kallax unit to use in my craft room. They are perfect! Easy to construct, great look, and the perfect size. I have recommended them to many other crafters, along with the Kallax cube unit itself.
No Complaints!LinetteMy daughter loves these draws, especially because she says she doesn't have to worry about getting her fingers stuck when closing them. I like that we didn't need to drill them into the Kallax unit because they fit really snug and don't move when opening or closing them.
Not really an "insert"SandyThis has to be permanently attached for it to have structure. I did not expect it to be freestanding drawers, but I have many Kallaxs and rearrange them frequently. This is not an insert that can be moved from one cube to another. Was going to purchase more, but that is a deal breaker for me. Too late to return.
More than a little disappointedFreddSo I had a vision for my entryway and Kalax - hanging from the wall - was it. The 2x2 unit is fine, used the big doors on the bottom, and planned on the drawers for the top for personal items. Well no where did I see a warning that the top squares cannot accommodate the drawers package. I lost the back of the 3 pieces (the unit “back” as it slid down into eternity and I cannot get this off the wall). I pre built everything so that once the unit was hung, I could “easily” fill the 4 spaces. DO NOT TRY DRAWERS ON TOP - as the wall hanging portion on the top inside will ruin your spirit. I do not have the boxes, and the whole thing is now already built, so am now out $40 for the 2 sets and really not happy at all.
Closet remodelGigiWe did a bedroom remodel and got rid of our old, barely functional closet. The Kallax system has been a stylish and functional upgrade. We love it!

Looks nice but...RjEasy to put together but the drawers take up a lot of space in the Kallax unit so there is not much room in the drawer. The drawers don't slide out very far. They look nice in the unit but they don't hold much.

Space eatersAnonymous reviewerI was really excited to get these drawers. My plan was to replace a couple boxes that didn't fully fill the space - I thought these would be a great option because they would use the full width and height of the cube. Unfortunately, I did not take into account the hardware and I lost a LOT of space by switching to these drawers. I think I can fit about half of what was previously stored in the space. I keep trying to find alternative uses since my original plan won't work and over and over I've found each thing I try to be too big. It would be fine for something like a desk drawer with pens and other small things.
The drawers went together fine and they look nice. I am writing this review because I didn't see anything about how much space would be lost and I don't think the pictures give any indication of how much space is taken up by the drawers/rails/hardware.
