Does not wear wellAnonymous reviewerThere is an issue for sure with the quality of the material; the threads catch or bunch somehow from where you sit and make the straight lines squiggly. I thought maybe it was from our dogs maybe had scratched it, but then when I went into an IKEA store, I saw their floor model had the same issue in a different color!! Such a bummer for an expensive couch. They need a better upholstry option. 1
Don’t purchase onlineAnonymous reviewerVery cute couch, but if you order online and IKEA makes a mistake and doesn’t send you all of the covers for your couch, they also won’t help you get any. We were told we have to wait 2-3 weeks until they are back in stock at the closest warehouse even though they’re available in 2 neighboring cities. Then we also have to hope we manage to grab some from that batch, because they won’t automatically send them to you. So if you spend nearly $3,000 on a new couch, you might just end up with an unusable one. I used to be a big IKEA fan and have ordered multiple large items with no issue, but this experience has definitely changed things for us.1
