Came w/ shelves!DinaI just assembled these so don't have much to say yet but just as an fyi, I bought two of these in CA, USA and they came with the interior shelves. I had seen a lot of info saying they would come with none, which was very annoying, so I was excited to find it DID have them after all! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Doors fall offCorinneConstantly. Sometimes right after you’ve slid them closed, sometimes when no one is even near them.

Putting Cabinet in the bottom of Bookshelf, very difficult. Cabinet attaches from underneath. If you want the Cabinet in the bottom of the Bookcase, how do you get underneath it ? I had to use Bungee Cords and Wood Clamps, which IKEA did not list as tools needed. Your directions only showed how to put the Cabinet on top. And those pre-drilled holes on the underside of the Cabinet are too large for the Screws provided. I had to improvise. IKEA should make a Instructional Video on how to attach the Cabinet on the bottom. And make those pre-drilledholes smaller, or don't drill them.
No shelvesJDespite all the product images showing shelves inside of the IVAR cabinet with sliding doors, there are no IVAR shelves that fit inside the cabinet. The cabinet does not come with shelves and IKEA (at least in the US) does not sell shelves that fit inside.

Ivar cabinet with sliding doorsLindaI bought an AS-IS cabinet in perfect, assembled condition. You give up some interior storage space with the sliding vs. hinged doors however It is perfect for its intended purpose in the limited space I need it my Ivar loving home. I have several Ivar shelving systems with many no longer available components that have been re-configured and enhanced with each of my last four moves. The flexibility of the Ivar line makes customizing a breeze.

Ivar cabinet perfect for purposeSarahThe cabinet was great but I had trouble getting it to align into the side bars. It could be that mine were older and the alignment changed over the years but not sure. However a trip to lowes for some L braces did the trick! Just wish the shelves 33x11 were in stock to complete my project!

Gorgeous! Be careful with sliding doorsAshleyThis cabinet is gorgeous! I thought it was easy to assemble. Just be careful with the sliding doors. There’s a part in the door that snaps into place into the tracks. It can difficult to unsnap if you need to adjust the door. However I did figure out how to unsnap it and the whole build was easy from there.

Solid piece with a retro feel.
Bought these to make the top section of a contemporary dresser unit in conjunction with a workbench.
