good experienceDeniseOverall good experience to get a replacement4
Buyer BewareKellyAfter only 3 years of use, the pull out hose from the faucet sprang multiple leaks. This wasn't a terrible discovery as I know these things suffer wear and tear with use. Unfortunately, the hose is NOT replaceable without purchasing an entire new faucet assembly. IKEA was not able to assist me with locating a replacement. I purchased another faucet instead at Lowes which offers a lifetime replacement of that darn hose and was $50 less expensive. I have been an avid IKEA fan and have a house full of IKEA products... just very disappointed in this particular one.1

Perfect faucet for our needsDawnThis is a pretty cool faucet I like it it's clean. After about 6 months the little plastic sleeve comes out but it's easy to pop back in and it's not an issue4
Love the way it works ! So easy to use❣️AnonymousI was going back and forth on style, wow I’m so glad I chose this one!!!5
Sleek and FunctionalChristinaWe are very pleased with the sleek elegant appearance of the faucet AND it’s superb performance as well.5
handle falling apartErinWe have had this faucet for 3.5 years. It works well except for the porcelain handle is falling off and exposing rusted metal. We hate the idea of getting rid of a perfectly good faucet when all we need is a new handle. We talked with someone at Ikea and they were not sure if we could get just the handle.2
Clear lines, works greatMelissaMy husband, not a plumber, installed in our kitchen. Easy install, Looks great, works great.5
Pull out head has no sprayerDianeThis is a good faucet, I like the look of it and it works fine. I did not realize that the pull out faucet head just has a stream of water, not a sprayer. I guess this is my fault for assuming there would be a sprayer but just wanted to give a heads up to anyone considering purchasing it. Because we also bought a new deep stainless steel sink we really need a sprayer to chase food particles down the drain. So I am trying to figure out if I can attach a sprayer to the faucet head or if I should replace the faucet. Frustrating. If you're ok with no sprayer, I'd recommend this faucet.3

Material

What is brass?

Brass is a mixture of copper and zinc and the amounts vary depending on the desired properties. Copper is usually the main material and the more zinc you add results in the brass being harder and stronger, but also results in it being more difficult to shape and less resistant to rust. Brass can be recycled as brass but never into its original metals. At IKEA we use brass for things like knobs, handles, frames and taps.
