It's plum, not dark redTanyaI'm so disappointed in the color. I expected dark red, but it is not. It's definitely more of a plum, not at all how it appears online. The way the top twists and turns, it is difficult to get the cord situated. You really need to know exactly where you are putting it and which direction you want it to point before you put it together. It's 'ok'.

I’ve never regretted buying anything from the PS collections, this included. (Reminder to get the corresponding GU10 bulb!)
Gorgeous, minor production flawPeterI love love love this lamp. It’s destined to be an IKEA classic. However, there’s one minor production flaw where the powder coating is warped, with a cracked white bubble on the lamp shade. But it’s otherwise lovely. The store sold out of them already but I plan on exchanging it once they’re back.
