UncomfortableMonicaThe seat is super thin and it gets really uncomfortable after a few minutes. I bought the round cushion to go on it. It helps, but it's still not good for all day sitting. It also ruins the look of it since I now have a gray cushion on the bright blue chair.
it is so perfect for my art studio!YukoI love the ease and price of this little stool chair with back support, which can be used for arm and elbow support as well. It is lightweight, and I put a felt pad on the bottom of each leg to slide it easily. My husband said there was a long bolts in the back of the seat has been missing from the packet, so that it is not a complete assembly. He called in the support office however, there were shortage in supply to replace the parts at this time. Nonetheless, it is stable enough for me to use it so far!

Very disappointedKathleenThis assembly of this product is so poorly designed, it's embarrassing to Ikea.
I bought two of these chairs The first one, I built as the instructions said There were minor alignment issues when attaching the seat to the legs, which is to be expected, but the bolts are designed in such a way that they stripped out almost immediately upon misalignment. Now I have to wait for new parts.
(Save yourselves the pain and assemble this the right way: get the long bolts started in their holes but not completely tight, then screw in the metal X on the bottom, then finish tightening the bolts.)
That's bad enough, but the way the seat back attaches is even worse. You have to push aside the fabric and padding to reach a bracket, and then squeeze two screws in from underneath a very awkward object. The screws are thick enough and the leverage is so tough that I couldn't do it by hand.
I used to think of Ikea as very user friendly. I'm sorry to say that image, for me, is gone.
beautiful Allisoni saw several reviews about this being hard to put together and people having trouble getting the back rest to tighten all the way…i felt that it went together in a breeze and although the back rest is a bit harder to get on and tight, i was able to get it easy enough using a short screwdriver. looks absolutely beautiful in my space!
My study chair!HsinThe height is just right, the color is lovely, the seat cushion is very comfortable, and the whole chair is great! The only downside is that tightening the last screw is a bit troublesome.
In love with this chairAlisonThe look of it is what drew me in, obviously. That blue! That weird shape! But it turns out that this chair is actually quite comfortable (I use it in normal chair mode with the back rest in the back) and use it as my desk chair. And when I'm not sitting in it, I just love looking at it. It's a beautiful object. I highly recommend it.
