Like this option for making certain foods air tight ImperiaLike this jar a lot. Only one drawback. When opening it hold on to the jar. It has a very good and tight seal. If it had a knob on top to open it, it would be perfect! Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Nice+Sturdy+Holds EnoughPatAfter buying traditional Anchor Hocking jars (which didn't come with silicone gaskets) I decided to go with Ikea jars which did and looked way better!
