So convenient!AdrianaI love that these come in so many sizes but all use the same size lid!!!! No more going crazy finding the one matching lid hidden all the way in the back of the pantry! These have a very good seal with their lid, keeping everything fresh with it's air-tight seal.5
Love that I can bakeKARLLove that I can bake right in the pam5
Perfect sizesGRACEThese multi-purpose containers go with cutting board covers and lids that lock so the multi-function is ideal. The quality of the plastic is also a plus.5
works for usHENRYI love that all the new kitchen storage items work together. They are rather expensive, and I hope they prove worth it.4
Love the depth!BarbaraMy toaster-convection oven accommodates a 9x12 dish, and I have two that fit, but for quantity baking or braising, I need more height. I saw this; it is exactly what I needed. In it, I have baked several chicken breasts at a time with bulky veggies and have not had boilover. It has become my go-to for larger quantity baking, braising, and serving.5
Really great for cold lunchesMelanie B.Great for salads and meals that don’t need to be heated.5

Do the impossible – cook just the right amount of pasta
It probably can’t be done. But thanks to IKEA 365+ food containers you can turn that excess pasta into delicious leftovers. These high tech food containers will ensure that your food stays fresh for longer. This means less waste and more satisfaction, so next time you can cook the whole packet!
Helps you take care of food – and the planet
If you want to reduce food waste but sometimes think it’s a bit of a pain to take care of your food, this might help. IKEA 365+ food storage products make it easier to store, save and bring food with you on the go. To get to know more about peoples’ needs, we visited families in several countries. We found out that it’s all about versatility and simplicity.
You've just put leftovers after eating into a food container, but can't find a lid that fits. Or maybe you've put a food container in the fridge with food in it, but you can't see what's inside the food container and completely forget about the food. These were things we heard time and time again when interviewing families about their experiences. “We wanted to develop products to make this easier,” says David Granath, a product developer who has worked with the project. “They should be simple and flexible. And easy to combine and use in ways that suit every household.”
No extra work
“It can involve things like using the same food container for several steps and just changing the lid. There shouldn't be any unnecessary extra work along the way,” says David. Transparent containers increase the chances that the food is consumed. And it must be easy to adapt the containers to serve different needs. “People asked for a coherent system for food storage. Not complicated special gadgets, yet rather simple and straightforward products that can be used often.”
Smart and super simple
The IKEA 365+ food containers and lids can be combined and also come in different materials and sizes. They are super simple – and that's the point. “We've put a lot of work into them, for example by seeing to it that all the different parts fit together. But the product itself is simple in a smart way.” We can't solve the entire food waste problem – but we can make it possible for everyone to be part of the solution.
What is glass?
Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
