Good Cabinet, Horrible AssemblySara P.I have a lot of ikea and assemble yourself furniture, and this is the worst I have ever encountered. Overly complicated, screws didn't fit holes, needed drill for several spots, and confusing/incomplete instructions. And usually I like to assemble furniture! Worth it to get the task rabbit service. Would not buy again without.2
Do not but unless you"re an expert or using Task RabbitGerardine A.This piece was a pain to put together in general, but the biggest issue is attaching the doors! I was able to attach the top hinges just fine but the bottom hinge takes so much energy and I'm STILL not able to attach them. The design for this feature is not streamlined at all! Also the instructions are confusing to follow, making the process of building this piece take so much longer. The overall design of this cabinet is beautiful but putting it together may get you heated unless you're an expert or hire one to put it together.2
Nice piece but file drawer is a weird sizeJohn M.Love the storage, hate the hanging file drawer. Too big for letter or A4, too small for legal. What the heck is the right size? Ikea doesn't sell a conversion kit for letter size as far as I'm aware. At least say what size it fits...4
Great for extra storage !AmberPros; has an amazing amount of space inside , product seems to be very durable and easy to clean, clean look not to busy, holds heavy items well without fear of breaking. Cons; limited colors (say that because the original color I wanted wouldn’t be available for another six months!) , you can not adjust the shelves, putting product together was a job in itself (it took me around 1 1/2 alone), not all handles and holes for attachment lined up (manufacturing flaw?), the drawer roller is plastic while the rest of cabinet is steel (fear of breaking b/c of cheap part) Overall a good buy for the money and does what I need .4
