The toxic smell that doesn't go awaySaraThe bed over all looks nice and sturdy so far, but the toxic smell that it emits is impossible to remove. We had to buy an air purifier and keep venting the room to make sure we keep it safe for our baby who sleeps with us in the room. I've been reading it might come from the paint, still we have had the bed for 2 months now and things are not improving.
Bed sinks in-slate boards fall off their placeJessicaWe like the bed. However, the bed keeps sinking in because the boards that hold the mattress keep falling off their slots. We want to purchase a spring box but have no idea if it will work or what type to purchase since the ones that came with the bed are not working.
I also agree that putting this bed together was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and get them to build it.

Sturdy, sleek, spacious bedPiuliSummary- needs two people to build this sturdy, sleeks, spacious bed, but totally worth the effort.
Pros---
1. White colour so goes with any type of room. I have a studio with white walls so it was important for me that the bed doesn't look chunky and this bed was the right choice for that.
2. Has four large drawers which I am using to store bed linen.
3. Material feels sturdy and long lasting, but only time will tell.
Cons---
1. Needs two people to build.
2. The base of drawers is cheap ply but does the job.
3. The drawers were slightly hard to setup as drawing was not exactly the same so I had to call Ikea and was on the phone for almost 45 mins.
IDANAS BED FRAME WITH STORAGE REVIEWAmirathe article comes in 4 boxes, heavy to move, plan either delivery or pick but ask for help. if you are to assembly the bed you will need an extra person. lot of details of the underbed drawer that need done correctly. drawers are super easy to assemble. the bed has to setting for the high of the mattress support, is a good idea to not to use a very thick mattress, so you can show the nice headboard.
We pair it with the lonset slat system, and that can be also tricky to assembly if you do not watch a video before. It will save you time. It took us 5 hours. If you are over 60 pay the assembly service with taskrabbit, is worthed.

Slats not includedBethExtremely frustrated that slats were not included. Why? Just add this to the cost of the bed if it’s required for the bed to function. At least put an alert when checking out that you will need this.
No mattress support slatsSarahNo one tells you that you have to buy the slats for the bed. Very disappointed
Poor quality for the priceKatarinaQuality of the bed is very poor, the bed squeaks all the time. Putting together this bed was a very long and dreadful process. Only positive about this bed is the storage space.

Cheap Quality for the priceAnonymous reviewerWhile building this the foot board came cracked out of the box, the bed squeaks when you move while sleeping. over all for the price that we paid the quality is not good at all. I would never buy any bedroom furniture from ikea again. Customer service agents are horrible they didn't want help me or provide any time of refund of any kind.
