So very happy with this sectionalSusanAfter many comparisons with similar sectionals from Pottery Barn, Grandin Road and Crate and Barrel, we decided upon the Hyltarp sectional from Ikea. We’ve had this couch for over a month and love it so much. The fabric (color: natural) has a beautiful rich texture that looks expensive and resists dirt. Wasn’t sure how it would do with shedding dogs, but we’ve had no problems with that. We all find it very comfortable. The back cushions are cushy and soft, which allows you to sink into them. The seat cushions are supportive, but very comfortable, similar to sitting on a pillow top mattress. There is good support yet comfort. This combination keeps cushions looking great by keeping their shape.
It’s a very stylish sectional with bench cushions and comfort but a price point between 25% to 33% of the cost of our comparison sectionals. With a 10-year warranty and the ability to wash the slip covers, it was a no-brainer. Would definitely purchase again.
Great CouchChelseaIt is built well, sturdier than anything I’ve purchased from typical furniture stores. The back cushions are very soft but still give support. The seat cushions are a little firm, but my husband and I still find them comfortable. I’m sure they will soften up over time as well. Warning to cat owners, it snags EXTREMELY easily. That is my only complaint.
