I love this product for function and design but had to modify it due to the fact that IKEA can’t seem to measure correctly. Product description states 47 1/4 inches. They forgot the top piece which adds a half inch. Really annoying as the store is an hour away and I had already assembled the cabinet.4

Design defectAnonymousHad the piece professionally installed during a bathroom remodel. Both mirrors got a hairline crack exactly at the point where the hinges hold the doors onto the frame. The crack occurred as soon as the mirror doors were hung. The product is otherwise beautiful.2

Missing partsVickiFirst of all, this package does NOT come with a wall mount. I read someone else's review that stated the same thing, so be forewarned. Also, the mirrors in my package had glue stuck on them. After wiping off the glue, I came to find that it left a scratch underneath, or maybe the glue wouldn't come off completely? Unfortunately the glue was streaked awkwardly across both mirrors. I'm currently contemplating on how to bring this back to IKEA after I had to hire a handyman to help me install it... this is definitely at least a 2 person project. Don't try to attempt this yourself! IKEA...if you're reading this, could someone please let me know how I can get these mirrors replaced?3
Beautiful but huge!AnonymousOk, so wow, I do love this bathroom cabinet, but I made the mistake of only making sure the width (47 in) would fit in the space I had, but didn’t even think I had to worry about the height. Well that was a big problem. There was enough space between the top of the vanity and the light fixture above. So since We had already spent all that time and effort putting it together, we had to make it work. So we sawed off the bottom shelf part. I know it sounds crazy, if it totally worked and still looks awesome. We got to keep the cabinet and I love my bathroom. But just make sure you have enough room side to side AND top to bottom!!4
So much space!Anonymous reviewerWe had a bathroom without a medicine cabinet. There were issues with putting a cabinet into the wall, so we wanted something that was wall-mount. I love this unit; there is so much room! The doors are easy-close, so that's a bonus, too. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that we have a couple small white spots already & Ikea doesn't sell touch-up paint. If they ever start selling touch-up for this unit, it'd be totally 5 stars!4

A wonderful upgrade (20y) to our main bathroom. Fits well wall to wall cabinet and Color coordinates to our remainder cabinets. Neat & tidy storage.

What is mirror glass?
