HAVBERG swivel easy chair has an inviting and timeless design that feels cozy when you sit down to relax.
The swivel function allows for more flexibility, for example if you want to turn around and easily reach the remote control or a beverage and a snack.
The seat cushion is filled with polyurethane foam that provides a soft comfort and an embracing feeling.
Stretch out and rest your feet on the footstool to sit extra comfortably and relaxed.
The footstool also works as an extra seat which is practical when you have friends visiting.
The seat surfaces are covered with Grann – a soft, smooth and strong grain leather that ages beautifully. Other surfaces have Bomstad, a coated fabric.

Grain leather is treated with a light protective surface coating to retain its natural look with marks, wrinkles and color variations. Therefore it´s also less resistant to sunlight, dirt, liquids and scratches than leather with a thick surface treatment
The armchair and footstool come in separate packages.

Living the Dream!NikkiPerfect. I ended up returning to IKEA same day for a second set because my spoiled chihuahua owned the first one immediately and I wanted to be as comfortable as she looked.
I use a projector and the angle of these chairs is perfect for the height of my media viewing. These enhanced my experience so much, the first day I set them up, I kept telling my dog, "we're living the dream". I'm fairly certain she agrees.
A few reviewers mention wishing the chair had arms, I think the design is perfect and if they had arms, I'd find them difficult to get in and out of, considering the angle of the recline. I usually enter/exit the side of the chair, which is much easier with the ottoman pulled up against the chair.
I also find the height of the ottoman perfect, but as mentioned above, I use it pulled tight against the chair like a chaise. I'm 5'7".
Setup was crazy-simple. No tools required!
