Nice looking and comfortable HeidiIt's a nice looking chair and comfortable, however my husband wants to return it because he rather have the gray fabric one. The fabric one is slightly more comfortable than the leather and he slips around on the chair. He likes it, but prefers the other one. 4

Ideal ideal (that’s twice as nice)RobertI have one of these in black and affectionately refer to it as “the hand of God.” It is the player-one, king-of-the-castle, you-can-sleep-here kind of dream chair I never expected to come into my life. After quite a bit of heavy use the chair shows no sign of real wear or issues.
They usually have these in the showrooms… warning if you sit in one and aren’t prepared to shell out a bit. If you got this far check this chair out!5
Living the Dream!NikkiPerfect. I ended up returning to IKEA same day for a second set because my spoiled chihuahua owned the first one immediately and I wanted to be as comfortable as she looked.
I use a projector and the angle of these chairs is perfect for the height of my media viewing. These enhanced my experience so much, the first day I set them up, I kept telling my dog, "we're living the dream". I'm fairly certain she agrees.
A few reviewers mention wishing the chair had arms, I think the design is perfect and if they had arms, I'd find them difficult to get in and out of, considering the angle of the recline. I usually enter/exit the side of the chair, which is much easier with the ottoman pulled up against the chair.
I also find the height of the ottoman perfect, but as mentioned above, I use it pulled tight against the chair like a chaise. I'm 5'7".
Setup was crazy-simple. No tools required!

Almost perfectRonaldThis is super comfortable and the perfect height for a listening room chair. However, I really wish this chair had arms. It's also a bit expensive. I could see $450 for the set at a much more desirable price point. Maybe $550 if it had arms.4

great chair ottoman not so muchStephanChair is super comfy. The only real negative is that it sits too low. I bought the ottoman also and can't help thinking that somewhere between the design studio and the production line, the specs for the stem got switched. The chair feels too low and the ottoman too high. I returned the ottoman because 1. It's too large for my small studio. B. it swivels, which makes it impossible to sit still, since the chair moves in opposites. Not calming. I bought a plain square ottoman instead, much more comfortable.3
