Color mysteriously started stripping offCharleneThese have been my go-to towels for years, but the new ones I bought have mysteriously started fading in large patches. No chemical or bleach was used aside from a normal detergent and no other towels have had the same issue, not even the pink ones. It's a shame as I will be returning these and unsure if I will purchase again.2
Superior productLinneaI bought 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 8 washcloths about 10 years ago. Turns out to have been a good choice. They've held up in size, shape, and color (teal). After about 5 years, stitching on the edge of the washcloths gave out, probably because I wring them hard, but no problem - a few minutes at the sewing machine, and they've been fine ever since. The value for cost is amazing.5

Lint nightmareDevonI've never ever had this volume of fuzz come off of a towel. I've washed it at least 5 times at this point (with other dark towels who have never caused a problem). When I dry off, me and my whole bathtub have a 5 o clock shadow style layer of fine dark fuzz. I keep thinking one more wash and dry is bound to get it all off. The dryer lint thing is empty when I start the dryer and it has an absurd collection each time too.1
Much betterHannaThese towels replaced a mismatched set I’d had for years! Very significant upgrade! First, these towels don’t have holes—ha-ha! Second, they are kind to skin. Third, they dry quickly5

Excellent quality bath sheetAnitaThe Gulvial bath sheet is large as one expects it to be. The texture is nice and spa like and it seems to dry pretty quickly. I am in the process of switching out all my towels to this line. No disappointment whatsoever. If you are thinking about Gulvial, buy it. You will be happy you did.5

Quality droppedVarunWe have older Gulvial towels and these new ones are much lower quality. They feel thinner and cheaper with a different weaving pattern, the blue color is light and washed out, and they are missing the old stripe1

Perfect Spa TowelBarbaraThis towel has a double ‘personality.’ On one side , it is just a wee bit fluffy and hugely absorbent. The reverse side is lightly patterned for a gentle (!) rubdown. Bonus: it brings a simple elegance to the bathroom.5
