Pleasantly comfortable and a great valueBarryThe chair is firm, but very comfortable. It encourages good posture and has very good back support, especially when leaning back. The extended back, with a leather headrest is also effective. A feature I appreciate is that the wheels lock when you exit the chair. This stops the chair from rolling around unless you are sitting in it. The price is very reasonable especially given the strong quality of the chair.5
Poor quality control for the priceAnuragThe chair is decently comfortable but the one i received has a crooked/tilted backrest because of improper screw locations below the seat where the backrest attaches and the tilt as a result of it is easily visible. I expect much better QC for $500+ (including taxes) when buying from a store like Ikea and if this was the quality I was going to get, I would just order a cheap knockoff from Amazon or some other random store.1
