Always wipe surfaces of stainless steel lengthwise for an even, shiny finish.
Wipe clean with a water dampened soft cloth and a mild non-abrasive dish detergent or soap, if necessary.
Do not use scouring-powder, steel wool, hard or sharp tools which can scratch the stainless steel surface.
- Do not store heat-sensitive items on the shelf directly under the grill since the grill emits very high heat when it is in use.
