Affordable and comfortableMoisesVery affordable and space saver for my 1 room apt comfortable do fall asleep there frequently overall very well made5
Packs easily in small car, versitile, minimalist, light weight, perfect for shorties.LindaIt took me awhile to decide on what brand but the price, versitility, weight, size and portability made the glastod my choice. I got the grey couch, otomon and found the used matching love seat in blue in the clearance return section. I didn't like either color but planned on using covers since I have pets and wash the covers weekly. They fit perfectly in my small hatchback. I loved the challenge of putting them together. The couch is super firm but I use white sheep skin like blankets and pillows for that. I use white sheets and sheep skin like blankets so you don't see the metal or thin metal arms and have a softer look. It is tall enough to fit storage baskets underneath too. It fits my livingroom well, easy to move, its a space saver, perfect for short legs. Easy to change the look by changing coverings. Its not for sleeping though which is good for me. My pets approve too. I love the set.5
CheapPatrickCheap. You get what you pay for.2
Great but a bit difficult!!LuisaReally like this couch! It’s super comfy and perfect for small spaces. It’s also pretty lightweight, so it’s easy to move around when I want to switch things up. The instructions were really easy to follow and there weren’t too many steps or pieces, which made assembly quick. The only part that was a bit tricky was setting up the back as you have to push pretty hard to get it to click into place. It took some effort, but once that was done, everything else went smoothly. Overall, it’s a great, cozy sofa and totally worth it! 4
Good for a small space. It’s more comfortable that I thought LauraIt’s not the best couch but it’s reasonable comfortable and looks very good. I with they made it in a lighter color.4
ComfortableIsmaelI purchased the GLOSTAD Sofa in July 2025, and I absolutely love it!. It's the perfect blend of modern design and everyday comfort. The minimalist look fits beautifully in my living space, and despite its sleek profile, it's surprisingly cozy and supportive.5
EhhRachellCheap. Can’t complain for the price! Not comfortable and not easy assembly cause the back frame doesn’t match up with the sides well but if you need a cheap place to sit at your place then this is the right one. It doesn’t look bad for $200 3
Fragile, not luxurious or high quality but worksRhiannonIt is a bit flimsy and easy to rip the covers when attempting to stuff the stuffing in them, and not the most comfortable couch but it works as a place to sit.3
Frustrating Assembly ExperienceVidushiI recently purchased an IKEA sofa, and while I was initially excited, the assembly process turned out to be a major disappointment. Here’s what went wrong: 1. The user manual is confusing and lacks clear instructions, particularly at step 7. 2. The diagrams are not intuitive, making it difficult to understand the correct orientation and assembly order. 3. The back metal frame would not fit properly on one side, no matter how many times I tried. 4. It seems impossible to get both the seat cushion nuts and bolts and the back support nuts and bolts aligned at the same time. 5. This misalignment makes assembly a time-consuming and extremely frustrating ordeal. 6. There is no official video manual or online tutorial from IKEA for assembling this sofa. In today’s age, not providing a video guide for complex furniture is simply absurd and adds unnecessary hassle. This sofa’s assembly experience was so troublesome that it overshadowed any positives. 2
Good couch, hard assemblyRyanI like the couch (especially for the price). I found assembly quite difficult, I think that either the wood for the bottom or the metal that makes the back was warped, so to make the bracket line up, I had to flip the couch and put my entire body weight into it to make the holes line up. Kind of sucked, but if it wasn‘t warped assembly wouldve been a breeze4
Great for small apartments NatiaI just bought it and I love it, the quality is good , is great for small apartment 5
