Arrived already tornC.Arrived with a big rip in the cardboard. It’s torn where there’s a number blind-stamped into the board, so I’m guessing it was damaged in production. Low-ticket items are a hassle to return, so I’m pretty annoyed by the poor quality control.1

This box was not teal and…SusanThis box was not teal as the main photo showed, but instead it was navy blue. :P Also, the box was just thin cardboard sprayed with fake blue fuzz and not covered with cloth like other kallax inserts. I felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth, which I have NEVER had happen to me at Ikea before. :/2
Deceiving and Flimsy NicholeThese bins look high quality on the outside yet they have no inserts to hide the bottom of the bin. I think the lid must have replaced the cost of the insert. When you look on the inside they are flimsy cardboard. I mean they could have made the whole thing look velvet inside and out. This box doesn’t sit flush on the shelves and if you put something in this box with any kind of weight, it will fall through as soon as you pull it off the shelf. Im really disappointed because now I must drive two hours back to Atlanta just to get my money back. 1
