Uncomfortable and defective bed!! Don’t purchasePuneetI bought this sofa recently. The bed is defective. A lot of times if you pull out the bed, it’s hard to glide it back in. Also if you intend to use it as a bed, it is totally inconvenient and will leave you with a back pain! Do yourself a favor and avoid spending 1000 bucks on this!
Only two out of three items receivedBethI ordered the Friheten sectional sofa and at the time of my order it was in stock at the local store. The day prior to delivery I received a message that one two of the three pieces that make up the sofa would be delivered. Three order for the third item was canceled and I received a refund for that item. I’m now in the situation of having to repeatedly call customer service to see if the missing item is back in stock. I would have preferred that IKEA place the third item on back order and ship it to me when it became available or cancel the entire order. Trying to find the third item is time consuming and frustrating and not sure what I’m supposed to do with 2/3rds of a sectional.
Perfect for a small spaces!JeanetteGreat looking. Easily turns into a bed for overnight guests or if your looking to sprawl! Modern and comfortable and very affordable.
I have to give it 3 because I bought an As-IsCeslieAs it is, is still a good sofa and partially serves it's purpose. It was missing the sleeper, which would've been great to have. As it is, still good and love the storage space.
