Good but not greatCathyI love the size of this bag, and it works pretty well. The double handles for shoulder and hand carry are a nice touch. My big complaint is that the handles get stuck on the velcro closure - they need to be a material that doesn't stick to the velcro. If that were the case, this would be a 5-star product.
