Basic, Good-Looking FrameG.Elephant in the room: these frames are cheap and will easily fall apart if you're rough with them. The frame is a very thin wood (resin?), held together by a flimsy staple/glue, have a plastic glaze (not glass), and have a thin cardboard backing (leg stand is built-in). There is no mat. The frame/glaze/backing is held together with fairly sturdy metal clips and can be hung on a nail. Are they worth buying? ABSOLUTELY. They are fairly inexpensive, come in 4 beautiful colors, have a matte finish, and will last for years if not taken down or taken apart very often. I've bought these before and they lasted several years; bought them again in 2025.3

Fiberboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fiberboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
