Compatible with vimle ottomanHeatherNeeded new covers for Vimle couch which they discontinued and replaced with finnala. For the ottoman with storage, this cover is compatible (maybe slightly less taut on the top cover because it's a zipper cover so easier install, bottom is still Velcro)
Have had this ottoman for a long time.KrystalI’ve had the Finnala ottoman for a long time! All because I’ve been able to buy covers. My cat can be a scratcher but these are of such good quality that it takes time for her to make them look bad, so this has been my third one in like 10 years. I would suggest maybe adding the leather covers as removable options- I would love that!
New/different coverLauraWe have 2 finnala sofas in different colors for different spaces. We wanted to move one ottoman to the living room but needed the ottoman cover in a different color. The newer cover fits differently- more like a pillow case and is bigger overall. While we can still use it I prefer the tighter fit of the previous rendition. It is slightly loose but thankfully matches beautifully.
Love this pieceHeatherIt's versatile. Can attach to your sofa for an L shaped look, or float freely. I do wish the top had hinges or otherwise was easier to open but I suppose there's a reason it doesn't have a mechanism like that, i.e. it wouldn't have a higher end look or something.
broken part can't be replaced without the whole cover?GregThere are four knobs that secure the top to the storage part of the ottoman so that the top doesn't slide around. One knob was broken upon delivery and the part is not labeled so I can't get a new part. A hinge design would have been better way to attach the top of ottoman to the bottom storage part.
Good however colour doesn’t matchNicoleSeems good quality however the colour is slightly different than the covers for the sofa. Sticks out and now seems like they are all not part of a set. We only bought the sofa covers a few months ago so I don’t think it’s due to wear. The ottoman cover is lighter and brighter than the sofa cover colours. This is for the orrsta black blue
