Product details

The FINMAT series, designed by Ilse Crawford, is cookware pieces in copper and stainless steel that are beautiful to look at and simple and inspiring to use.

Works well on all types of cooktops, including induction.

Copper darkens and tarnishes naturally over time, so you can always choose whether you want to keep the beautiful patina or polish up the shine so your cookware looks like new again.

The edge is designed so that it doesn’t drip after you pour out liquid.

The copper has a robust and tactile look that adds a soft touch to the kitchen, while providing an even and efficient heat transfer too.

The inside is made of durable stainless steel, which makes the sauté pan easy to both use and clean.

You can use this sauté pan with lid both on the stove and in the oven - also bring it to the table and serve from it.

The shiny, mirror-like inside reflects the ingredients and elevates the cooking experience.

The weight of the lid is balanced so that it can lie on the edge of the sauté pan if you want it to be semi-open.

Stainless steel lids reflect heat down into the cookware, which brings the contents to the boil more quickly.

The forged handle is hollow so that it doesn´t get hot when you cook.

The base is made of polished stainless steel that works great on an induction hob.

Hang your cookware on display to give your kitchen a look that is both traditional and professional.

Choose one, several or all of the cookware in the FINMAT series – they’re designed to complement each other and take your cooking to new levels.

15-year Limited Warranty. Read about the terms in the Limited Warranty brochure.

Copper so thin it runs off after a few usesCarl-PhilipThey looked fantastic in the store, but after using it just a couple of times, almost all copper has gone off. It's an incredibly thin layer of copper on a steel pan. Unfortunately, it looks pretty horrific now, and I wouldn't recommend this line. Style over substances.1
High quality cookware for those who enjoy cookingAnonymousI've had the Finmat cookware collection for almost two years and cook exclusively with them at least twice a day, and they're still excellent. I absolutely love these. They're such heavy, good quality pieces with flat bottoms and even cooking. I use an induction stove top. People who say everything sticks may just not know how to work stainless steel cookware. You have to preheat it on the stove first, then add your oil/fat, and then add your food. Look up "mercury ball test" online for guidance. Stainless steel takes an ounce of extra effort but is so worth it because these things last forever and they've been tested by generations. As for copper getting spotty: again, this is normal copper behavior that you work around. You have to polish them if you don't like the spots. Personally I don't mind them. They look rustic and are still beautiful. Maybe twice a year I'll do the salted lemon trick (look that up too). I personally enjoy tending to my valued belongings so they last forever.5
Excellent panEliseI wasn't sure how much I'd actually use it when I bought it, but this has become one of my favorite pans to use. It heats quickly and evenly, is a great size for all kinds of dishes, and looks really nice too.5
