Hurt my tailboneMichaelaMy partner and I really wanted to love this couch. The style and look is great. We liked the high back and how it fit in our apartment. But one side was incredibly uncomfortable and hurt my tailbone so much. We just had to return it.2

We’ve had the couch for less than a month and the seat cushions showing wrinkles as if the couch was a couple of years old.
I weigh 175 lbs and my wife is 130lbs soaking wet. Weight is not the issue.
Not enough firm stuffing in the cushions is the problem. Seeing an upholsterer to fix the problem. IKEA, would you care to pick up the tab on this considering that I spent $1300 for a new couch that within a month looks like a very used couch!?!1
Had to returnMylesI’ve been looking everywhere for a high back loveseat and I was very excited to buy this. I was quite upset when the couch came in. The back is at a very upright angle is very very firm. You don’t sink into the back at all. This leaves you at a very odd sitting position and quickly feel the pressure on your upper back and your low back has no support. After 10 minutes of sitting mi was quite uncomfortable and due the high back and it being very stiff any angle you try to sit at to reposition is uncomfortable. Avoid this couch if you plan to watch tv/ movies or play video games in. 1
Not satisfied at all with my purchaseDeniseNot comfortable, strange high back. No lumbar support and the high back is not proportionate to the loveseat. All you see is this big back! I'm so unhappy and I bought it as is and they don't let you return as is items. So very disappointed and have major buyers remore.1
Looks good, but really uncomfortable!AngelaThe sofa looks really cute and cozy, but it is surprisingly uncomfortable. The back is very straight and rigid. It provides no support for your lumbar and the seat cushions become flat quickly. It's also kind of noisy. I also bought the matching ottoman and regret both purchases.1
