Defective and missing parts DeborahWe ordered 2 posts with accompanying shelves, etc. Had to return the first one because parts that were supposed to be per-installed weren’t and couldn’t be personally installed. What we didn’t know at the time was that the other part originally given to us was defective in a different way: the holes into which you insert the shelf screws were bent slightly inward. We would have exchanged that part, too, except we had already screwed it into the ceiling and couldn’t do so without creating a ceiling repair project. So, we had to hammer the screw holders into the metal poles, and no they don’t sit exactly right, but they’ll do. Also, if you have an older house without perfectly plumbed walls and floors, this system is not a straightforward install. That said, it will work for the space it’s in and the system is creative enough to fit multiple purposes. 2

Not sure whether I bought default itemAnonymousThe bottom has Nut which is supposed to roll up and position in the middle of the bolt. However, the items I bought (2 posts) have the nut stuck after several spins. As a result, nut just positioned at the tip of the bolt and this made the pole not study overall.2
Missing anchor materialsAnonymousIt’s a post. Not much to say about it. But it should come with the necessary screws/anchors to secure the product to the ceiling. I had to make an extra trip for screws since it’s not readily known until you get home to open the supply/directions. And considering every other product comes with multiple product ways to assemble/install, this should be no different.2

Of the systems I considered this was the only system that made full use of the 9 1/2 foot height ceiling height in my closets. Additionally the many options to customize the system allowed us to create at system that fully satisfied our requirements5
