Wrong size description! ELVARLI Cross-brace 31 1/2" is 42", not 31 1/2"YiI bought an ELVARLI Cross-brace 31 1/2". It's longer than I expected when I received it! It's 42", not 31 1/2". I told the customer service the website has the wrong description, there are two different sizes in the Measurements. one is 31 1/2" as the title, but when you click the Packaging under it, its 41 1/2" which I believe is about correct and actually the size I got. The cross-brace I got is 42” from end to end in a 62” box. The customer service insisted it’s the wrong size delivery and tried to resend it again. I told them it’s the problem on Ikea website, if he resends the same item again it will be in the wrong size again. I just received the replacement today and the size is 42", it's wrong again! The Cross-brace I need is around 32". I believe in this case, I’ll need to order the ELVARLI 15 3/4", I think its around 34" as the description in Packaging. It's really misleading and confusing! Hope they'll correct the website soon, maybe it’s the size of the shelf?1
