Elvarli system purchase, delivery, and setupTina1) Using the online planner was very helpful and easy. I was able to design exactly what I wanted and purchase all components at once. I don't think I would've made the final purchase if it wasn't so easy, so 5+ stars for the online planner. 2) I paid extra to have everything delivered directly to my home which was so worth it. There were so many heavy boxes, it would've been a complete nightmare if I tried to pick up at the store. Secondarily, the delivery guy was so friendly, professional and prompt. Overall, delivery was 5+ stars. 3) Setup was very difficult. My husband is in construction, and we struggled to get everything level and configured correctly. If he didn't have his work tools and general construction know-how, it would've been a disaster. We were lucky in that regard, but I feel bad for any normal person who tires to put together this system on their own.5

I like the rail as opposed to other closet storage units that have a wire rack system. The rail is strong and very easy to install.
