Great slip coverKarenI was able to purchase the Ektorp sofa used but the slip covers needed replacement. I was concerned because the couch is discontinued but was so happy to find the slipcover still available at IKEA!! Fits like a glove and very easy to get on and off, love it!

Doesn’t fit my couchAnonymous reviewerI bought an Ektorp couch in 2020. This cover does not fit the cushions, and the cover is about 6 inches too short. Product is completely unusable for me.
As I assumed being the only option it would fit, I cut the tags off inside the cushion covers. Now I cannot return it.
The fabric is nice. I like the color. Everything is just the wrong size.

Now it’s a BRAND new sofa! Woot Woot! SheraI was nervous at first, but decided to order. The reviews were mixed with some saying it was too small for their Ektorp sofa. IKEA did sell a larger Ektorp sofa called the Ektorp 3.5 which is larger at 98” wide. This replacement cover is for the smaller Ektorp sofa about 86” wide. So make sure you know which sofa you have. It comes with all the cushion covers, as well (the description is a little vague on that). It’s also a different fabric than the original covers…but overall still a great cover and awesome price to refresh an older sofa and get a little more life out of it. Extremely pleased with this purchase!! The color is a very pretty light tan color.
Bad consumer infoGeraldI bought an Ektorp in 2010. I just recently decided on a new cover and found this one. I had the same problem as Jennifer from 7/01/23. Why are the dimensions off on the couch covers? Did Ikea re-release the Ektorp with new dimensions at some point? The slip doesnt fit and cushions are much smaller. Seems like its for a couch thats 6" less wide than my Ektorp. How can you fix this and get me the right slip cover?

Saved My Couch!!GregoryRecently moved to a new place so i was able to get my couch out of storage along with the original cotton cover. But the cover turned yellow while in a sealed box.
I wasn't aware that cotton can yellow over time, so i was happy to know IKEA still made a cover.
Although this is the only cover & color available, it fits my new decor and the fabric is able to be cleaned after getting some light stains, with a damp cloth.
Ektorp 3Seat Sofa CoverAnonymousI feel extremely fortunate to have been able to get another Ektorp cover for my sofa since Ikea stopped selling Ektorp products awhile ago.
It saddens me that Ektorp sofas, chairs, ottomans and covers are no longer available to purchase. A far superior product to the alternative.
Great sofa cover! Very happy :) MaryVery happy I was able to buy this cover for my Ektorp sofa. When I could not initially find a sofa cover for the Ektorp, i was distressed… Discovering that IKEA had discontinued the Ektorp sofa design, and replaced it with a similar one… But upon reading reviews for those Uppland sofa covers realized it was not a good option for the Ektorp. Thankfully, I found this sofa cover available for the Ektorp. I was disappointed to discover there was only one option regarding color, etc., but was relieved to find that IKEA was still selling a replacement cover. I needed to replace my original slip cover, which I loved… All cotton & off-white. That cover had unfortunately experienced a few stains in recent years. This cover is a very nice alternate for that one. It is a great neutral color & even though it is not all cotton, it still has a very nice feel to it. I machine washed before fitting with a short delicate dry cycle to remove excess dampness. It came out great! Very pleased!!

This is not displayed in the items description so it could be deceiving so for the $79.99 you get Everything besides for the couch itself .
