Sofa Cover too tight and Assembly issueHannaThe cushion cover was way too tight, so it was really hard to put on. My arms are still sore from trying to fit it. Also, during assembly, one part didn’t line up properly, so I wasn’t able to tighten it completely.
And the cover color looks different from what I saw in the store before ordering. The one I received appears much darker than the showroom version.1

Very poor assembly and cheap quality for this priceNaghmehI purchased this around two months age, the assembly was difficult and those big plastic screws didn't seem to fit for this heavy sofa, every week I have to check the screws and today one of them actually broke! If I could I would return this at first place but I don't have a car and this is heavy for me. I wish there was some sort of customer service helping me return this free of any charge. This is a pricy sofa with very poor and cheap quality. I wish I bought something else1
Incomplete Design/Back of furniture is exposedBeverlyI’ve been purchasing furniture from IKEA for years and have always been satisfied with the quality. However, I was disappointed to discover that the back of this sofa is exposed, with no wood to complete the frame. This design flaw was not apparent in the showroom, as the open back was covered by the sofa cover. I would not have imagined such an incomplete construction on a piece from IKEA.3
