Hard as a rockChristianeI know cushions get softer in the store from being tried on all the time. But this new couch is beyond firm. It’s hard as a rock on the bottom. I even went back to the store to look at the cushions and even the back ones have lost their quality and with no support. I was really looking forward to this couch. I’m pretty disappointed. 2
