Like the colorGemaThis fit my need for storage, I read the description and I decided to order 12 of them. The price is good. Once I opened the box the positives were: * the color is just as advertised * the fabric is soft * appealing boxes *good size * there is nothing to assemble *for the price they are sturdy The not so positives: * no where on the description does it say that it has a zipper on the very bottom. The zipper is to help the box open. The only thing is that the placement if the zipper will scratch the furniture where I am placing the boxes. I have the cubes where you put these boxes and they will get scratched. I see why they put the zipper were they did but, it will end up scratching furniture.4

Bad OdorStaceyI have purchased these in various colors over the years and have always loved them however, I purchased 5 today and noticed that they are no longer individually wrapped in plastic as they were in the past, and as soon as I expanded/open them to form the box, there is a really bad odor to all 5 of them, they smell awful. I'm worried anything I store on them will absorb the smell, especially my toddler's stuffed animals and toys so I will be returning. Disappointed in the change of packaging as I've never experienced the odor with these in the past.2

What is polyester?

Polyester is a durable, quick-drying and insulating material that is optimal to use for textiles and as filling in pillows, quilts and furniture. The material is made from crude oil – a limited resource. Since IKEA doesn’t want to contribute to more virgin oil being used, we are now gradually switching to recycled and traceable polyester from sources like PET bottles. What’s nice is that polyester can be recycled over and over, without changing or losing its great qualities.
