Love this ironing board!PennyHave yet to use it, but it makes me want to iron. My previous ironing board was a hand-me-down from my grandmother. While definitely sentimental value there, this ironing board knocks it out of the park. I only sprung for it (extra $$) because it has a place for your iron to sit that is NOT on the board itself!

Smooth Racheting height jaw catch with handle to release and fold. silicone pad for iron rest is heat resistant. Surface is metal grid with good string tied ironing pad cover. Competitively priced. Better quality.

"I'm disappointed with this iron board due to a flawed design. While the iron stand itself is fine, the latch rod is made of soft iron, which bends easily and fails to latch properly. This not only makes it frustrating to use but also poses a safety hazard, as the board can fall if the latch isn't secure. Until they improve the latch mechanism, I'd advise others to explore alternative options."

Unsteady & leaky!IlektraI ve been trying since last October to iron with this ironing board. It leaks so much because the pad is SO THIN that water drips on the floor! Also it is not as sturdy as I would expect. don't buy. I ll have to buy a new one from Amazon :/

Uneven legs, wobblyKarl RobinThe product I received is wobbly due to one of the legs not being welded on correctly (it wasn't centered). I'm worried about the danger of putting a hot iron on it in case the iron falls off due to it being unsteady, so I plan on returning it and getting another one that hopefully isn't wobbly. It does look nice and easy to use and was easy to set up. I also like that the fabric cover is removable and washable. It's just a hassle to have to return it to get one that works.
Bad QC, uneven leg weld, doesn't stand straightAndrzejOne of the legs seems to be welded on wrong. The board doesn't stand straight. I am disappointed because I've owned this board before and it was much better than some other alternatives in the same price range I've owned since, but there's no fixing a bad weld.
