Incomplete product: no screws, no instructions, needless hassle!ConnollyThis shelf system is incomplete. NO mounting screws are included and NO instructions are provided. I had to search YouTube just to figure out how to install it. Yes, in small print it says “Screws for wall mounting sold separately,” but you don’t realize that until you get home and try to install it—then you’re forced to make another trip to IKEA. In the store, multiple employees sent me to the tools section, where the only real option is overpriced TRIXIG screw kits that cost more than the shelf itself. I bought the $13 TRIXIG 175-piece set, and it still did not include the smallest screws needed. This shelf requires two different screw lengths. To get the second size, I would have had to buy another $10 kit. I skipped the second screw rather than make yet another trip. IKEA should include all required hardware, as they do for many other products. Please don’t respond with the generic return policy. This is a design problem: include the hardware and proper instructions.
NO.MeganThe sticker labels on these shelves are a NIGHTMARE to remove. They are huge stickers, with horribly strong adhesive, & they are thin so they just leave a massive amount of residue. I even took out my hair dryer to warm up the adhesive & they still don't come off easily. Some one else mentioned soaking them? Very irritating & wish I didn't purchase them.

I understand why the wall screws and anchors aren’t included but some pilot holes and some screws included (to put the bracket on the shelf) would have been nice.
