Brytning deskRobinVery cute and sturdy. Instructions were a little confusing with LOTS of pegs. Putting the legs and sides together were rough because the diagram was really small. Finally got it done and it looks great.
Could be better TiffanyLegs are too short. I couldn’t fit my wheelchair in with the drawer installed. Laminate is bumbling on some of the parts. The cord shelf is a nice touch which will be helpful to avoid rolling over cords with my chair.
Beautiful desk and great value!LaurenMy husband and I put this desk together. Compared to most IKEA furniture, it was a little harder at the beginning but became easier as we went on. It’s a gorgeous color, feels like better material that expected for the price point, and I love how nice it looks.
Irregularities in paint finishJenniferI’m always worried about ordering the painted finish on items from ikea because I feel like they are hit or miss. This one was a miss for me. There is a beveled edge along the front of the desk that is all lumpy and bumpy and sticks out like a sore thumb. This could be more the finish of the product under the paint, and the painted finish is just exaggerating the imperfections. I assume sitting at the desk and creating friction against this beveled edge will wear out the finish more sooner than later due to the lack of smoothness.
