BRUGDHAJ jar with lid is both practical and decorative food storage in stoneware with a glazed surface. Nice to have on a shelf or on the kitchen worktop.
Perfect for flour, coffee, rolled oats and other dry foods ─ or to put on the breakfast table with muesli. Can also be used for fresh spices and as a plant pot since the inside is also glazed.
The cork lid brings a warm, tactile and natural feel to the kitchen, while the tight fit also makes it functional.
Matches perfectly with the GLADELIG series.

Many shades too light PeterDoesn’t match the deep blue of the Gladelig series because of dye lot quality control problems. Regrettably had to return. This dye lot issue affects the large jar not the small ones.

Unfortunately, the color of the large jar doesn’t match the color of the other two. Unlike the brilliant blue in the Ikea photo, the jar they shipped me is a dull blue color.

Lid doesn't fit snuglyLynnI have bought TWO that both have the exact same problem: the lid doesn't fit snugly - it tips/tilts back and forth - there is no seal - not even a loose one. I'm not sure if the issue is with the composition cork-type lid or with the inner rim of the crock. Frustrating, because it's really pretty.
