TerribleJamilaGarbage! As I was building this unit the wood started to chip away. The plastic circle things things once placed in circle would not come out. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I cannot return this item because I do not drive.
A complete mess. More like plastic wood trash.
Not to Bad good pieceLetishaI read the reviews and had mix feelings about this piece and didn't put together for 2 weeks. When I decided to go for it I opened it up made sure all parts were there ( they were) and began to put together. It took my 2 hours but only because I was working in between. The unit is pretty solid, holding good. The directions didn't come with words which made it a little hard but just looking at the pics and matching the pieces it was pretty easy! I'm glad I didn't let the reviews turn me away and I love my new piece!

Defective ProductSamTV stand does not stand level, it is very uneven and tilts from left to right. I had to remove the plastic feet holding up the center of the TV stand just for it to stand up straight, which worsens stability long-term. I do not recommend this product and I understand why it is on discount.

Good but don’t last SamdupI purchased the TV stand a year ago with no issues. However, today I witness glass shattered by itself while watching TV. I do not understand what caused the shattering.
Feels like quality is less than past purchasesAnonymousTwo things stood out to me when I began assembling this product. The first is that the directions seemed a lot less helpful than I remember past products being. In particular, the lack of labeling on the main pieces made following the instructions difficult - I believe past purchases usually had stickers on the big pieces with labels like "A" "B" "C" etc. In addition, I feel like the quality of materials is less than I would expect. In particular, the round grommets that interlock with the screw-in dowels used to be metal by my recollection, but are now plastic. As other reviewers have noted, too, the openings for cables in the back are not really convenient.
Overall it seems like a decent piece of furniture that meets my needs, but did not meet my overall expectations of IKEA quality.
