I can't stand when people write reviews for items they haven't purchasedNyeshaNow I feel the need to do the same. I wish Ikea would allow reviews to be reported when they aren't pertinent or helpful. There aren't good IKEA hacks out there for outdoor dog beds, I checked. I don't see how the design is impractical, it provides shade, gets the dog off the ground, and provides airflow. It also looks way more put together than some DIY project and it actually looks like outdoor furniture so it shouldn't clash with all your other stuff. It's not cheap but just because IKEA is selling it doesn't mean it needs to be cheap, and it's not that bad if you consider it a piece of furniture. All the ones I've seen in a similar furniture-like style cost more. Hopefully, people who've actually bought this item will post real reviews as to its functionality and longevity.5
