Missing PartsJenniferI bought this as a combo but the actual parts needed to attach the unit together weren't included and neither were the directions, so I had to order spare parts and I'm still waiting. Super annoying. Be aware that if you purchase this, you're just receiving 3 Billys, and nothing to make it actually look like the unit pictured. 3
Don’t Buy & Ship - Mine was Damaged x3!ZachOrdered online and waited 3 weeks for arrival. All three bookcases arrived with some sort of visible damage - small scrapes, dented edges, and gashes. The doors arrived mostly intact; however, one door is missing a bracket so I’m not able to actually hang it. Submitted a case to IKEA… and they offered me the As Is discount of 20% off.
Will not be purchasing online again!
*Functionally… the design of the wall mount is horrendous. The backboard cutouts do not allow you to maneuver a tool to adjust the wall mount from the front, in any real way. Leaving you to adjust, adjust, adjust by re-aligning the unit over and over. It’s overly complicated for no reason. 1
