Love so much will be buying my 3rd set shortly KaronBought the set about 3 maybe 4 years ago. I was thrilled to display my porcelain dolls, pictures and various other pieces without having to dust so often. I had to replace them because of hurricane Milton. Had the bases been solid wood they would have survived. Lesson learned my son will be building a solid wooden base for the cabinets to sit on. A year and a half later I’m still putting my house in order and plan to buy another set to replace a bookshelf.
We love these bookcasesPamWe purchased these for our craft room. The glass doors allow us to see exactly what is inside! It makes the room more colorful and the craft items readily available. The cabinets finish off our guest/craft room perfectly! Assembly was a breeze.
Laundry room saviourMarionWe installed this unit in our laundry room and has allowed great organization of laundry detergent to soda storage. Great look for the space that been cluttered.
Quality not so good MonicaPlastic locking nuts. Some came broke. Then while putting together some broke. Had to make an hour long drive back to IKEA. At least they were able to give us about 10 aluminum locking nuts. Then when putting the second one together, the doors lined up differently. Did not match. There is about a 2 inch difference. Which wouldn’t matter as much. But they sit right next to each other so there is no way to not notice it. One shelving unit is actually taller than the other.

Great !ElzbietaBeautiful color, good quality. I was able to put them together alone, only my husband helped with the door installation Would be hard to do it alone. Wish the back was made of better material, not this thin, wobbly piece of cardboard. You can actually see the seam in the middle . Besides that, I'm happy with the purchase. Needed it to display my porcelain. The shelves are quite narrow, but it can be also a plus, the bookcase doesn't take too much space in the room.

Great colorSandraLove the bookcases. There are a few issues. First, the diagram was not correct, which made us construct one of the bookcases wrong, with the bottom shelve on the top. We followed the diagram carefully. The diagram for the next bookcase was correct. Second. The knobs are not drilled level, so one knob is higher than the other. This was true for the other bookcases. The doors cannot be adjusted. We will have to fill the existing holes and re-drill to make the knobs symmetrical.
I have purchased several billySeandraI have purchased several billy bookcases over the years and they are just great. This time I purchased the ones with glass doors and the look really nice. The only thing that I wish was that they were a little deeper because my family photo albums won’t fit.
Not badDenisceoPurchased 4. Didn’t have any issues putting the Billy together. Looks nice in are living. Still believe a built in version would look better, but $750.00 is more economically satisfying to my wallet than just over $3000.00. Plus if I sale this house I can take it with me.

What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
