Long term questionableVeronicaAll the pressed wood and plastic fastners makes me wonder if these cabinets will hold up. I have already noticed a few dings on the vinyl wrap. These weren't cheap. My husband liked them more than me. I am leery and feel we might have thrown money away. We have bought a dresser previously from Ikea and it seemed better quality. The backing is cheap cardboard material. We have several units put together which I think gives a LITTLE strength to the units as a whole. I don't think a single would hold up at all. We did have a problem with assembly of the first unit, but learned from that process. I think the instructions should include the importance of keeping things square.
