If I could give negative stars I wouldLinaMy bestå media unit has been my project over the last 2 weeks since moving in. I’m typically the gal who LOVES to put together some ikea furniture. But this unit? Negative space captain. Particular disappointment with push to open drawer alignment. I discovered that there is A LOT of negative feedback on this. At what point do you pull the andon cord and recall bad product? Am I able to return all 11 drawers and hardware to replace with cabinet doors?? I don’t have the boxes anymore. But literally… it’s not like I didn’t spend money on this. 1000 for a unit and all its pieces and customer service couldn’t help because… guess what? They’ve never put ikea furniture together. That should be basic training for customer support. Big fat fail, but I am still saving room for being surprised and delighted. Do you have real people help you by putting this stuff together? I’d volunteer to be that person!
IKEA quality is going downJanitaI had so much trouble putting together the whole Besta unit had to go to the hardware store to replace the plastic parts with metal and even after that the drawer system is still lopsided and gets caught on the other drawer

Doesn't balance properlyToriI purchased 4 of these to go with my Besta units. No matter how I tried I could not get the drawers to balance and have proper spacing between the drawer front and frame. It is also incredibly difficult to lock into place. I would probably do cabinets next time or a different drawer opening option as I am disappointed with these. 2 stars because they were easy to install/screw into place.

So much better than the original onesChristianI bought beats cabinets second hand that can with the original push to open drawers. They were good, nothing inherently wrong, but one day, a little plastic piece broke off and I needed a replacement. So, I hopped on the app and found these updated ones. I bought the one Justin to replace what was broken and it has been so much better. You can push on either side and it doesn’t get stuck, plus it really does open up a lot more which makes things a lot more accessible. All together, it’s a better option and worth the slightly higher price point which is only $5 more. Why not?
Only for one drawerWinnieWorks fine, not too difficult to install, but lowering my review because of the inaccurate description. The "2 pack" contains hardware for ONE drawer, not two. This created a hassle and extra costs for us.
“2 pack” is only 1 drawer TimBought this thinking it would be enough for my 2 drawers…because it said 2 pack and showed the picture completed. Open it to find out it’s 2 rails but only 1 piece (1 drawer). I now have to buy another. install was classic ikea- if you’ve put together anything before you’ll be fine.
BestaManojAll besta pieces are difficult to assemble. The cabinet is not very stable. The drawers plastic holder at the back falls off often. Not a good design.

Works perfectly fine.Jae-WonThe negative reviews spooked me at first, but these are very simple to install, despite how complicated the manual may look. All I really needed to do was screw these in, then align with the holes on bottom of drawer unit.
Just lay the side of main unit on floor, then put in the screws for easy installation.
